I am the "scary, silent type". I used to be a rager and a yeller and a wall puncher, but that just made me look crazy and defeated my purpose. Now, I slow down, and I speak softly, but with such venom and malice, that grown men have told me that they hope I never get angry at them. I initiate a scorched earth policy with I am on the warpath, and I get my anger out in very constructive, and mean ways.
I have also mastered the "Your an idiot" eyeroll that communicates volumes.

you know all people become angry.. but the point is that some of them control it..
these are some advices:
1) when you become angry go away from the scene
2) breath some heave breathe ( about 5 times)
3) go an drink water
and don't forget that anger has a very very very bad effect on all part of the body and if you don't stop it, then in future you'll have too many health problems.
good luck

That all depends, if someone has gotten hurt by some stupid
rash and uncaring remark made by a "total idiot" they will feel my "wrath" If someone makes a hurtful remark, and they are "honestly remorseful" I don't really have a lot to say. We all make mistakes! I've over the years learned to try to choose my words wisely, because there will come a time,
"When I may have to eat them!" "Pain and hurtfulness just
breeds more pain and hurtfulness!" Have a Great Week!

I become silent. Then I ignore them. Then I explode. In the past I've lost my breath because I was talking too fast. I don't do apologies. I just need my time away from the person and the situation. Later we can be friends. In most cases, husband and wife. :(

When Im angry I always shut up, because I know I can win an arguement and that pisses the other person off. So usually I just submit and say, "Im sorry, you are right." (Because it makes them feel bad and therefore I win) I am a firm believer in killing people with kindness.

I tend to get very quiet and retreat for a while to calm down. Very rarely do I confront the person, and very rarely do I speak to the person until I am calm again else I may say something that I can't take back.

I usually physically attack my brother, but not other members of my family, I yell, throw things, smash things, slam doors and usually argue down the person until they have no responce. Or, if they are irrational and wont stand to reason, i ignore them completely and then they get angry too, its very satisfying

If I'm really angry I'll show it. I'll walk @ w a sour face, give short answers and just show I'm annoyed (by not doing or participating at anything). I hate it when I'm angry, because I ruin everyone's good mood w the way I act.(even if it's not their fault)
