Experience only counts for so much in a game. Balance shoud be determination, concentration, physical & mental strength etc.
Simply it's "Blood & Guts".
When you're faced with a team who's prepared to bite you every which way you turn, your "advertisement acting" prowess do not come to help you.
Go back to the basics and you'll be successful again.

It is a matter of deep regret and introspection that in a vast land with more than a billion people, our cricket board is not in a position to have a good team of players!"well experienced"is phoophooed by some as : "n"years experience as "One year's experience multiplied by n number of years! While selectors all over the globe, prefer the latest form of the player, here our selectors look into the history of the player!
The selectors should keep in mind theclimate of the venue, altitude, nature of the wicket, strength of opponents and suitability of the player for this match. And selection must be strictly in terms of such parameters only. But here ministers, politicians. musclemen all canvass for a candidate.
Lastly, from time immemorial we have definite quotas for Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Haryana and Gujarat.
No foreign coach is willing to coach the team!
How else our players will play ?

In any organisation or institution or for that matter any public body must have accountability jointly and severally. Though the cricket team resembles in all aspects to that of a company or institution it is not made accountable for success or failure. Performance and profit must go co related. Somehow, the ingredients of the games must be studied and ways and means to assess the performance of the batsman, bowler, wicket keeper, fielder or an alrounder must be formulated. At least, any thing beyond the minimum salary/any form of money, must be made conditional upon performing or attaining a particular level. Definitely, this will help the team performing well in the desired manner, in spite of initial struggles.

no longer something incorrect in any respect. They performed undesirable cricket on the given day. MS Dhoni could come at 5 and Raina could be promoted to 3. Raina has had a protracted-term at 3 and became very efficient so there isn't any reason to alter that spot.

Experience is not the most important thing in the cricket. They should be able to bat under all conditions. That is why Lara and Ponting better than Sachin. Bowling is not a problem for India.

My friend being a west indian fan and seeing the mayhem of the West Indians on one day and the splendor in another day.
I would have to say my answer to your question is: ONLY GOD KNOWS why the Indian team is not performing well.

Though the players are well-experienced they aren't confident enough, when the openers or two more wickets falls quick the other batsmen loses their confidence which leads to
defeat.this should be changed,so that INDIA will sure to hold the next world cup.

Too much cricket , too much expectation and players are more accustomed to playing on Slow and Batsman friendly Indian and Sub-Continent wickets .So when they have to play on other kinds of wickets , they are not able to cope up .
