Does this mean I still have feelings for him, or is it normal. We've been broken up for 2 1/2 years. I have a new b/f now.

You have a history. That can't be discarded just because you have moved on to other friends. Seeing him triggers many of those old feelings. I would guess your relationship was pretty intense when it was going good. Some of that intensity is still showing up. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and remember why you broke up. He was doing the best he could...so were you. You are not the same person you were when you split...and neither is he. Both of you are now different people. 2 years is a long time. Spend some time thinking about this and decide if you are really over him or whether you want ot explore a new relationship. What do you think he would say/do if you were to approach him with this idea? Would he laugh, shrug you off or be interested? What would you do right now if he made that proposal to you? If you're interested in renewing the relationship, then seriously consider doing so. If not, then reflect on all the reasons why not. And focus on them next time you see him.

I'll bet that he was your first true love. That usually happens for a long time. You actually never forget your first love.
