DJ advice For speakers running from my laptop?

Ok i have my 21st comming up and i want to run music from my laptop to a couple of big speakers outside with built in amplifier. how do i make this work????

Check your model. You may have a 'line out', and a headphone jack out.

It would be best to take the 'line out' and plug that into the 'line in' on the amp if possible.

Either way, you might just need a simple cable or two, check with some friends as they would probably have them laying around.

Oh, and double check the master volume panel in Windows device Sounds to ensure the correct sliders are not muted and in the middle range to start.
