Whn Im feeling blue, all I have to do is take a look at you, then I'm not so blue...

Just kidding, what I do is workout, it's the best way to relieve tension and stress, it's good for me and it makes me feel good. Usually run or tae bo.

Exercise. I read a few years ago that Duke University did a study on depression. Exercise increases the endorphins in the brain and make people feel better. It also boost self-confidence and makes you feel healthier.

I watch a movie whenever I'm feeling blue. But I see to it that it's a funny and light movie for me to ease what I am feeling.

Well the best way is to do something, anything cayse it will always keep ur mind off of worrying or anything. doing something takes the mind off the worrying. also spend time with ur animal, cause animals have a knack of keeping people from worrying ,really its true. well good luck to u and i hope everything works out for u, God Bless!!!!!

Lay on my bed, listen to sad songs, and cry it out. I usually feel better then. Or take walks, or just sit there.
