If your terrified to stay then you NEED to leave!

Get some help, talk to someone about the situation you are in and get some advice. If you are terrified to stay get out, why are you terrified to leave are you scared you may be followed?
There must be someone around who can give you the support that you need, friends, family, co-workers, your doctor the police. Please get help as soon as you can.

Leave! Its the only way to solve the problem! That or get a spoon and dig under ground to get some place safe! But I think the first one is easier.

Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing. But it really depends on the circumstances, the details of which are missing. Sometimes there is no right or wrong answer. Just decisions we make and then try to live with.

if it's possible, sleep on it and an answer may come in a dream.
solutions to difficult problems have emerged from this process altho there are no guarantees
