or maybe boring because you repeat your daily routine?

Drung - I have heard about that study on de ja vu, but it's not a complete explanation as to why de ja vu occurs.
For instance, many times you have a dream and say 'oh, that would never happen because I don't even know a person named Bob' Then a few months later you meet a person named Bob and you are in the same situation, and for a moment everything seems to be in place.
Explain that.

I have deja vu all the time and it is definately not because I have a daily routine... I dream things that eventually come true and I have feelings about what will happen in the future. Sometimes it happens all the time and sometimes I go for weeks without anything.

It's the later...

Many neuropsychologists explain that Deja Vu is one of the results of our brain attempting to make connections with everything.

Typically, deja vu occurs when we're in a situation that is similar to another situation that we were in at an earlier time or place.

What's weird about the brain is that it doesn't take that many similarities to trigger a deja vu.

Maybe the setting's lighting or the color of an object that you see or even just your mood at the time is similar to that of another time but WHAM, deja vu: the feeling that you've been there before.

Deja Vu...result of weird brains...not psychic powers...

Being psychic means you know something before it happens. Deja vu is after.
