this sound weird but, what if green isnt green, what if its only what we see, is it possible that we see opposites so is it possible that green is really brown.

Color is determined by the frequency of light waves reflected from an object. What we see is that color light. The object itself really isn't green. See, you were right and didn't even know it.
For some people green and red are often mistaken for each other. (look up colorblindness)
I won't even get into rods and cones with you.

Assuming you see brown for green, then for brown or some other color you are likely to see green. It's not weird and can be argued logically.Let us first refresh some basics about colors, not for knowledge but for argument.Bodies or objects have no colors of their own but reflected or absorbed light, which we see as colors.By using filters, colors can be altered. So,this leaves us with two options.[a]possibility of color blindness or some such optical defect,or,[b]A mild form of fantasy. We can rule out these too because I think you just asked this question in a lighter vein.Carry on,regardless.

You're talking about subjective and objective spheres.

Color, as in light is an objective thing but the experience of color is a subjective one. When you experience something and you label it green per say, it doesn't really matter if it's actually brown.

color is a social construction. The color green is called green even if it is really brown because society had decided to identify it as green.

I don't think so, but...

Is the color we see the photons that reach our eyes or the photons that are released from the chemicals in our brains.

So the question is how do we see color? And thus are we connected at the quantum level?
