Cheerleading?

I whant to learn some basic cheerleading move that you need to know to get on a squad. Do youalso know of any sites that have vedios to teach you things? Thank you! also can yuo please tell me how to learn the stunts you suggest?

I would just google it honestly. The key to making a cheer team is mostly tumbling and jumping. You will definitely need to know how to do a toe touch and a pike and the basic jumps. As for tumbling, round offs, cartwheels, forward rolls, and depending on how advanced your cheer squad is back handsprings and tucks. Hope I helped:]
