The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver or The Red Tent by Anita Diamant are two of my fav novels of all time (and that's saying something!!!) Also The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Koff if you like any kind of philosophy books. Eva Luna (plus the sequel) i dont remember the author.
When I was about your age I think is when I was into the Shanarra books by Terry Brooks i think....if you like fantasy.
I've also LOVED any book by Gregory McGuire (Wicked/Son of a Witch, and Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister...but dont read Mirror Mirror if you dont know about the historical Italian family of the Borgia's)
man almighty you've got quite a list here!!!
happy reading!

Try We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson. Or another book by her The Haunting of Hill House. Both are terrific books. Or try Ghost Story by Peter Straub or The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty. All are books you cannot put down. Another great book is Vernon God Little by DBC Pierre -- excellent read. Pax - C

Wow! 9 years old this post!
Go to Amazon.com and search:
"Lost from Atlantis Book 1"
"Death by Murder David Lindsay" - you have to search that way or the title doesn't come up. There's a lot of sex and violence in that one but it's not gratuitous.
and "Super Spaghetti."
They're all by David A. Lindsay.
They're free if you have Kindle Unlimited, and you can get a free trial of that - Google how.
If you don't have a Kindle you can get a free smartphone app from Google Play, or read it online - all free.

most of these below are fantasy fiction.
His dark materials, by Philip Pullman
very dark trilogy, and i found it hard to pout down.
the artemis fowl books by Eoin Colfer amusing and entertaining.
the abhorsen trilogy by Garth Nix kept me on the edge of my seat. also shades children by same
any of the disc wold novels by Terry Pratchett, but especially the ones about the guards or the watch in ankh morpork.
the book thief by Markus Zusak more realistic and quite dark
the glass books of the dream eaters by G. W. Dahlquist very weird but quite gripping
hope you havent read them all. or just go into your local book shop and have a look at the teen age section there really are some excellent books for teenagers i read them all the time and i am in my 50's
