Nitro or Raw? I use to watch Nitro because they had Bret Hart and Curt Hennig, and in my opinion a better overall show.

NITRO! WCW and The Wolf Pac 4 life! They had all my favorites: Sting, Goldberg, Nash....and better story lines, and prettier girls, my God, it was the best. My favorite was when they announced that Mick Foley was going to win the WWF title, that it was a rediculous concept, so they told viewers they might as well stay watching WCW that night because nothing very interesting was going to be on the WWF! Incredible, their spies were all over the WWF storylines and they would clue in viewers before they aired. I used to love that. WWE totally blew it with the WCW stars as far as long term goes.

The Monday Night Ratings Wars!! First of all, you had to get the scoop on what the matches were that night. I believe Nitro always started their show 1 hr earlier than Raw. So of course that first hour was spent watching Nitro.

And you would watch Nitro until Golberg's match was over. Then it would be a good idea to flip the channel over to USA & watch RAW because you could always stay up later & watch the rerun of Nitro on TNT.

That was the best thing about Nitro, if it was good, you could stay up & watch the good matches again or if you missed it earlier you always had the chance to watch it again.

I thought Nitro had the best thing going with NWO, Sting, Goldberg. They didn't use Mr. Perfect or The Hitman like they could have. Nitro in its hayday was the better of the two.

I watched Raw, I could never get into Nitro.

Back then RAW had some great story lines, not like the lame stuff they come out with now, but they had some really cool stuff back then. I could just never get into Nitro, they had some cool people like Nash, but they had to many old people like Hogan and Ric that really need to give it up and just in my opption made the show to hard to get into. The Nitro girls (one of which married HBK) was sexy sure, but at the same time a very lame attempt to get ratings, which since there is no more WCW shows how well that went, WWE never had to stoop that low.

I too watched Nitro, not necessarily because of any particular wrestler, but I felt that Nitro had the better storylines meaning they werent outlandish and impossible like they sometimes are in the WWE. They were more down to earth. Their factions were better as well. Ultimatly Nitro had wrestlers, WWE had entertainers. But to be truthfull, I flipped back and forth between the two and also threw in monday night football with that(unless the Chiefs played, then no wrestling for hollywood on monday) I honestly though wish the buyout went in the opposite direction and WCW would have bought WWE

Well I stayed faithful to Raw....sort of. When nitro was three hours I would watch the first hour and switch to Raw. Then watch the Nitro replay at 2:00 CST. 5 hours of wrestling a night...........DAMN!

Huge Nitro fan. Of course, I never got a chance to watch WWF regularly until around 2003, which is unfortunate.

I watched both.

I'd watch the first hour of nitro, flip over for the start of raw, then go back to the end of nitro...then watch the rest of Raw.

I loved em both.

I was a mutha flipper. Constantly changing channels and attempting to watch both shows at once, but I would say I watched Nitro more than Raw.

I used to watch both as luckily I was on the west coast and Nitro showed live on TNT while Raw showed on a west coast delay feed. I enjoyed when NWO exploded and they had a tremendous talent pool from both Japan and Mexico. Unfortunately WCW got stale when it turned out to be NWO all night. Also expanded to a 3 hour show was overkill in my opinion.

WWF was also a very engaging show when they started to do all the extreme concepts, borrowing a lot of them from ECW. My favorite WWF episode? When Brian Pillman pulls out a gun on Steve Austin who broke into his house. Classic!!
