Nobody!
Any team can be picked apart. The Colts lost a lot of defense, The Patriot's Linebackers will all be over 30 when the season begins, and Charger's receivers are suspect. If Brady/Manning/Tomlinson go down those teams are done. There's just too many bandwagon fans this time of year. SO, here's mine....
I think this is Seattle's year. The secondary is vastly improved. There are 2 new safeties and Mora came over to coach the secondary. The DL picked up Kerney, which should help a lot and the LBers are solid. They've mixed up a lot of things on defense and I think people will be greatly surprised when they see how good they are.
The WRs here are good, don't believe the hype about D.Jack, he won't be missed. Everybody out there will soon know DJ Hackett. Between the OL and the TE there are some question marks but neither should drag the team down this year. Shaun still has something left- he put up 200 yards in Denver. Matt was hurt all over and will rebound. There was just too many injuries on the team and they still took it to OT with the Bears.
All of the injuries last year helped the team develop their depth. They've had two strong post seasons in the last 2 years and expect another, with better results this time. The team is solid, some of you just don't know it yet!

Colts will be a little better this year. They have Anthony Gonzalez, an amazing player, and now more weapons on offense. Probably between them and Patriots in Championship game again. We all know it's not the best team that always wins, but the team that plays that game to the best of their ability. Denver, Bengals, Steelers, and Chargers can all outdo the Seahawks. I don't even see the Seahawks making it to the playoffs. Just because you're a Seahawks fan shouldn't make you really think they have a chance.

The seahawks aren't the best team in the NFC at all and won't even make the playoffs. New Orleans, Philly, San Fran, Carolina, Dallas, Chicago are all better and that's just AFC teams.

the Pat's. With Laurence Maroney coming off a greaat rookie season and improvments like Donte' Stallworth, Randy Moss, and Wes Welker, is too many targets for Tom Brady for the Seahawks to handle. Also Derrel Jackson is now one the 49ners and who knows how healthy Alexander is. (I hope he is, but you never know)

It is absolutely absurd to suggest that an NFC team can beat an AFC team in the Super Bowl. Even though the Colts were an absolute joke of an AFC Champion, the Bears (undefeated in the NFC until a meaningless Week 17 game) found a way to lose.
Shaun Alexander wasn't very good last year, before or after the foot injury. Yes, Seattle has a passing game, but they can't run the football.
The Seahawks will be stopped by their division rivals. San Francisco's Alex Smith will develop into a good QB this year, Frank Gore will probably lead the NFL in rushing, and Nate Clements will strengthen their defense. Arizona's line will continue its quality play from last December (which started when Deuce Lutui was given a starting job) and should be even better with Levi Brown replacing the bust Leonard Davis, Leinart will develop into a superstar, Edge will continue to play in his Indy form (as he was last December) and Adrian Wilson will anchor their defense. St. Louis is on the verge of breaking out now that Marc Bulger has become a great QB (rather than just a QB who has great stats), Steven Jackson is going to be as good as Marshall Faulk used to be, and won't allow as many rushing yards now that they have Adam Carriker.
Among AFC teams, I definitely agree that the Colts are going nowhere (their defense is weaker than last year; I'd put the over-under for them at 3000 rushing yards allowed). San Diego hired one of the worst coaches in NFL history and will not make the playoffs. The Bengals best players aren't in jail (I don't think Carson Palmer, Rudi Johnson, Chad Johnson, or TJ Houshmanzadeh ever gets arrested) and they will be a contender in the NFL's best division. The Patriots will not be as good as most expect them to be (thanks to the Team Killer Randy Moss), but will still make the playoffs. Pittsburgh isn't "crap" and they beat the crap out of Seattle in the Super Bowl not too long ago. They've got a far better chance of bouncing back this year because Pittsburgh's only problem last year was that Ben Roethlisberger didn't have his head in the game during the first half (they won 6 out of their last 8; the 2 losses were to the NFL's best team last year, the Ravens). It is crazy to suggest that Denver can't win on the road. They were 13-3 the other year with Plummer at QB. Cutler will be great, Travis Henry is their best RB since Portis (even though awful RBs such as Reuben Droughns and Mike Anderson have had good years for the Broncos), and Dre' Bly will fill in perfectly for Darrent Williams (who was murdered at the end of last season). The Ravens don't have zero offense. That's one of the most absurd myths that keeps getting passed around. McNair was pretty good last year, even though he didn't even know the playbook. The Ravens offensive line is one of the top 10 in the league, though their running game was awful because Jamal Lewis was washed up. While McNair didn't play very good in that playoff game against the Colts, it was Jamal Lewis who cost the Ravens the game because he's slower than most offensive linemen these days. The bad news for the rest of the NFL is that the Ravens went out and got a real RB in the offseason, Willis McGahee, who struggled behind Buffalo's awful offensive line for the last few years. McGahee's attitude problems were apparently left in Buffalo and he's reportedly the healthiest he's been since his knee injury that ended his college career at the University of Miami. A conservative estimate for McGahee this year would be 350 carries for 1500 yards and 12 TDs, but its more likely he gets about 365 for 1750 and 18 TDs. The Ravens also got one of the best WR corps in the league with Mark Clayton (he's one of the best deep threats in the league, even though nobody knows about him yet), Demetrius Williams (he's reportedly the best WR on the team; his skill set is similar to a young Terrell Owens, but without the attitude problems), and Derrick Mason (Mason is one of the best possession receivers in the league and one of the most underrated receivers in history). They've also got Todd Heap. Then there's that defense that never allowed more than 26 points in a game (they had an off-half against Tennessee because Ray Lewis was hurt and then shutout the Titans in the 2nd half as McNair led a comeback) and blew away everybody else in every stat of significance.
You also left out the Jaguars. Leftwich is actually one of the best QBs in the league, though few realize it. Jones-Drew, Taylor, and Greg Jones is the best RB trio in the NFL. Jacksonville also has one of the best defenses in the league (they ranked slightly ahead of Oakland for 2nd place behind Baltimore last year).
It is an absolute pipe dream to suggest that any NFC team has a chance in the Super Bowl.

I hope you not saying the seahawks will go to the Superbowl because they are not the best team in the NFC and maybe not the best in the NFC west
