im gonna start college in a month and will be a psychology major. i have to take "1" math class preferably statistics, im going to be taking it next semester(spring semester). How is Statistics, is it hard? i've heard its NOT REALLY hard its just a different type of math that many arent accustomed to.

That's really true, and the fact is that with statistics, you understand WHY you are learning it, whereas with a lot of math classes, they just tell you that at some point down the road it will all make sense. I personally found statistics much easier to handle, because it seemed to have practical applications.

Statistics involves a lot of wording and sometimes you use more words than you do numbers. In general though I found it to be one of the easier maths compared to calculus and algebra and so forth.
