1. To use it in any computer, you need a "retail CD". These are the kind you will see sold in Wal-Mart.

2. Microsoft will not allow you to install it on more than one computer unless you buy additional licenses. In most cases, this will cost as much as buying multiple copies of Windows XP.

The only exceptions are medium to large sized businesses and schools, where they can purchase a "Volume License."

you would have to get a genuine windows xp disk, either from the store or microsoft, and have them license the product key,because thats whats stopping you from using it on many pc's. licensing also costs money, but its kinda worth it.

All you need is one copy of Windows XP and an additional license for each computer it will be used on.

it is a normal winows xp cd and u use the access code over and over

You need an install disc with multiple liscenses, just ask for that
