So why isn't she on any death list?

She is on a number of death lists but people usually record the characters that are "goodies" on th death list. Anyway, not many people really care is Belatrix dies or not- she had it coming. It was obvious that she was going to die and personally I don't think she deserves to be on the same death list as some other characters. Death is usually associated with sad emotions. Those on the death lists would be people cared about.

Yes, she killed her. Like others have said, she doesn't deserve to have her name on the list with the others. And don't forget, those who "read" the book before it came out, probably only looked for someone's name and death. I heard Hagrid died, someone probably only said that because they read Harry thought he was dying... You can't trust spoilers.
