I want to run in a marathon or half marathon in the DFW area but where do I sign up?

I live in arlington and I want to run in something. Im new to the area and dont know where to look for events open to the public. Please help.

Look on Theschedule.com and put in your state and month and year, it will list all races for that month. Also, runningworld.com has a race finder that you can use.
