the thing is.. i seen someone leaking from their eyes (water) ?? what does this mean?? i dont understand??? this has never happened to me!! do peoples eyes always leak?

I don't know if this is true but when I was in Lebanon 3 years ago this lebanese woman took some yogurt and said "you know what lebanon means? Yogurt" Then she put it all over my body, and she can guess what happened after that.
