im afaird im going to cry lol in front of ppl at the mall lol and i am 13 and aloud to get tgen my whole life but now want to but i dont know i want them

I would get them pierced and yes it did hurt. I got mine pierced when they were still using piercing guns, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
The absolute worst part about getting a piercing is the anticipation. Sitting in the chair while they sanitize your ear and mark where they are going to pierce, ugh. It makes me want to jump out of my skin! But the pain only lasts for a few minutes.
Be careful- do you have any allergies to metals? I do- I was pierced with gold plated studs and it made them ooze and hurt. If you can, request stainless steel jewelry and you should not have any problems with that aspect of the piercings. Just be sure to keep your piercings CLEAN and follow their directions and you should be good to go.

Don't do it unless you're really sure that's what you want. It will hurt just a little bit and you have to make sure you keep them clean so you don't get an infection but I had mine done many, many years ago and I've never been sorry. I had a second set done a few years ago. Not a big deal and if you decide you don't like it, you can take the earrings out and let the holes close up....unlike a tattoo you have to live with.

I have my ears pierced 3 times. :)
I took my 8 year old in a few months ago and she hates pain. She even hates going to the allergist... So... when she sat in that chair and the two ladies came over and pierced her ears at the same time... she didn't make a peep!
The pain is like getting an injection of some kind... maybe like a Tetnus shot?.? It's not all bad, and if it's your first one... it won't hurt as much as your 3rd.

My girls were 5 and 7 when they got theirs done. They did not cry. You can ask for both ears to be done at the same time at some places so you can get it over with more quickly.
The girls said it just felt like a pinch. Quick and then it was over but stung a few seconds.

honestly, it feels just as if someone pinched your ear a little too hard, but it doesnt hurt. you definately wont cry. earrings are fun and you can use them to express yourself, or just to make a really cute outfit even better. I understand your anxiety, i got mine pierced at 12 and i am 18 now and wanted to get a second piercing and i couldnt remember if it hurt or not! but i did get my second one, and i love it! and, guess what? it didnt hurt. you will be fine. just have them count 3, 2, 1. you'll be proud of yourself!

It doesnt hurt at all and i can take pain just keep then clean and u wont cry trust me all that happens is ur eyes get real red thats all. PROMISE it dont hurt and the girl that said it really really does she must be nuts because it doesn't !!

GEt them pierced with needles from a tatto/piercing shop...not a gun. Needles remove that skin and guns do not so the skin grows around the back of the earring unlike the needle which removes it. Sorry if its not understandle but I half asleep lol They heal quicker this way. Do this especially if you are piercing your cartalidge

Pinch your ear as hard as you can real fast. That's what it feels like for a split second, then it goes away. I think getting ears pierced is great because according to me, earrings really add to an outfit.

Don't worry it doesn't hurt at all. It feels like a little pinch and that's it, and you will be able to wear any kind of earring you want.

Yes you should..its very fashionable....your jewelry makes or breaks an outfit...and no it doesn't hurt...its like a ringing feeling in your ears...its more like a contant HUMMMMM feeling than anything..but it goes away after about half an hour
