I prefer a same sex family doctor and an opposite sex gynecologist. I can talk more freely with a woman doc about stuff going on with me in general, but I don't feel comfortable with a woman messing around with me "down there".

Neither, I like the older doctors. I don't trust my health care needs to young med school grads. I like an older WISER doctor that isn't driven by pharmaceutical companies or a luxury sports care payment.

The only time that I really have a preference is ob/gyn issues and then I want it to be a man. Reason why, just do not want another woman touching me.. whether medically or not.
