tools, internet options, clear history

programs, accessorys, system tools
disk cleanup

Your computer saves all the recently visited websites and their information (known as "cookies") . To delete, them to go tools, clear privacy data. Depending on your browser it will be under a "tools" tab / internet option etc etc. From there you can delete any recent content. Helps if you watch to much porn on your family pc !!! :)
