Ron Paul is favored by Yahoo answerers because of his excellent views on critical issues but Hillary Clinton has the network of fundraisers she inherited from Bill Clinton to fund her campaign.

I hope and pray that many Americans will be sternly awakened by Hillary's inability to be an effective president. She will just finish what George Bush has started: the end of the American civilization. Barack isn't too far off either....I have yet to hear any of these media-hyped candidates offer promises or specific plans and initiatives that they would implement when they become president. For example when they are prompted a question about healthcare they simply gives answers filled with mind-boggling rhetoric that sounds nice but really does not state anything of significance except for the absolute obvious such as: All Americans should have access to affordable healthcare. Surely, these 1984 characters are capable of stating the problems of the United States however they have yet to offer any real solutions to these problems. Just like Gravel has said over and over, "it's politics as usual" with these guys however most Americans are too stupid to see beyond that....or are they?

Hillary, Barack, and several other elected officials vying for the presidency have claimed to be against the Iraqi War...however they are doing WAY too little to really verify their opposition to the war. If Mike Gravel as a Senator in 1971 was able to end the draft all by himself then all of supposed elected officials should be able to put an end on the War RIGHT NOW! NO EXCUSES! MIke Gravel demonstrated the power of ONE back in 1971, however not one person in senate has the balls to go against the grain and be a leader and do what's right.

Also IMO I believe we are paying way too much attention on Iraqi War and not enough attention is paid to other important issues in America. Let get serious in 10 to 20 years Iraq probably won't even matter to us anymore. Have we forgotten about poverty, the economy, social security, we have many domestic issues which IMO are much more important that Iraq. Decisions made about social security, the taxing system, healthcare will have a profound effect on our country for years. So please do not vote or support a guy simply because of his/her opposition to the war.
