Yeah, I know. His stats this year so far are are 2-2 with a 3.64 ERA. He'll pick it back up hopefully!

While his ERA was in the mid-2 range before the all star break, he has been struggling with what I believe is arm fatigue. It is very hard to measure without the pitcher admitting this but i have to believe that is what it is. His velocity has taken a bit of a dive, his slider doesn't have half of its normal bite, and that is why he is forced to either pitch around the corners (leading to more walks) or toss it down the plate (leading to the constant pounding).

I expect him to be on the DL in a few weeks.

yeah soriano and yates have been very frustrating lately. i dont know why cox didnt leave wickman to pitch one more inning instead of going to yates. dont worry braves fans they will be a huge contender and making a strong push into the playoffs cause of my twin chipper jones lol leading the NL in batting average and andruw is starting to come around but he needs to see the ball longer and not try and pull everything. jo jo reyes looked very sharp 2day as did moylan

The Braves are doing great. Chipper and Andrew are in the lineup one or 2 games out of first. I see another division win this year.

Don't hold your breath for that pennant, Drew. The Mets have finally started to get their rotation back, and their injury woes in the field are starting to mend. The Braves are doing as well as can be expected, and they still can't catch a hobbled Mets team....
