Impossible. Even if you do no noticable damage to the car itself, you damage the tires by scrubbing off hundreds, if not thousands of miles of life. Not to mention it is a childish "hey everybody, look at me!" thing to do.

It sounds like your car is under warrany or a service contract if the dealership is giving you new tires. Rims, too? Why would that be in a contract? Anyway, if it is any kind of warranty or service contract, you risk voiding it if you are acting like a banshee with mustard on his butt. But, it isn't my car, so do what you like.

You can powerbrake it, meaning hold the brake pedal on, while accelerating; this will cause the rear tires (or front if front drive) to brake loose and spin. As far as damage, this will do the least amount of damage to the vehicle, all you're doing is putting a load on the engine large enough to overcome the grip of the tires.

FWD pull the handbrake, put it in gear and jam the gas. RWD no handbrake. car in gear. use 2 feet: left foot apply steady pressure tahts just enough to keep the car from moving foward while the right foot jams the gas. there you go burnout.

BTW:
handbrakes only activate rearwheel brakes
regular footbrake activates 4 wheel brakes but majority of power is the front brakes a little bit of wear and tear on the rear brakes will result.

well seeing how you are getting new tires, if you really want them to smoke. i have heard that if you put some old oil or transmission fluid on the tires and let it soak in a little, then you can get them to really smoke good. but to get them going you could brake torque, where you hold the brake down hard and romp on it, then once the tires start going you can let off of the brakes a little, or if its a fwd you can pull up on the e brake that will only activate the rear brakes. or my favorite is to find a hill and let the car roll backwards then romp on it. this way will really get your car burning out good.

"Stomp it to the floor, "Cause if it will it will, and if it won't it won't and ya won't hurt anything. Oh, by the way, who is paying for the tires" Mom and Dad will notice the rear/front wearing out faster than the other set of tires. "Burn rubber or peel out is another namefor "Burn MONEY!!!!! Cause tires ain' t cheap!!! And I won many a street race cause the other guy wanted to "put on a show frying tires when I didin't"

You have gotten great answers, but don't slam it from neutral to drive or you better have good coverage on your tranny. Don't forget if the car is really new, some cars actually record the recent activity such as rpm's, speed, and any adverse event such as airbags, antilock beaks reacting, or anti slip or traction control use. Any knowledgable tire guy can can spot abuse and that may not be covered if obvious.
