Many things are going on and many of them are understandable in content but not understandable why they go on.
Things like immagrints crossing over the border without going through all the paper work and other stuff. Congress only worried about getting re-elected so they put off whats happenig at home and how do they do that? They create a war.
So many other things going on to today. The list could go on. But nobody really understands WHY the things happen.

No, too many people are worried about Paris Hilton than the issues that face our country. Our great nation is being led down the tubes by the ignorant.

It seems we have invaded, bombed and pretty much destroyed a country that had not provoked us, harmed us or threatened us. We eventually found their leader in a hole in the ground and his countrymen tried him and ultimately hanged him. We have remained in that country long enough to see a civil war begin, thousands of Iraqis die and 3,500 of our own troops die, to say nothing of the thousands who have lost limbs and suffered head wounds. We are told we should stay there so we don't "lose face:" or, lose the war. Meanwhile, other countries have become involved by sending weapons and terrorists across the borders. But, our troops ar engaged in street fighting and seem to be walking targets for the snipers that seem to be multiplying like flies...and, that pretty much brings up to date, in pretty much the same place we were five years ago. And, next month, their government is going on vacation. But, nobody is looking for Osama bin-laden!

Many people have opinions on what is happening.
Some have even done the research and reached an informed opinion that they can logically support (as opposed to the rest who just repeat what they've been told).

We had a non military right-wing coup in 2000. The trend has been towards fascism ever since. That' my take.

Yeah, the democrats leaders in congress are trying to show how important they are, but the only thing accomplished so far is a raise in minimum wage and 200 false inquisitions, and a bunch of non-binding resolutions, what the heck is a non-binding resolution? Sounds to me like it is a way of supporting one thing, while doing another, typical liberal speak.
