Does the Order of Eastern Stars(PHA) have a pledging process (similar to Greeks)?

Joing the Order of Eastern Star is more than pledging. You should try to find a member of a Masonic Lodge or a lady who is involved with the Order of Eastern Stars to ask them about the membership process. They will help you answer your questions.

I don't know what their membership process is, but it is what is called a fraternal order, like the Elks or Masons, rather than being a collegiate organization.
