One is a female and the other is a male. The male has built the nest and the are ready to have about 2 or 300 babies. Don 't touch the bubble nest or you will lose all the frye. You could have almost 500. It has been known in the past. Try not to disturb the nest or being to nosy, you will see the babies in a short period of time. The parents will take care of them , but you better go to a fish shop and find out what to feed them. Follow the instructions very carefully so you don't lose them. The aquarium just might buy them from you. Good Luck.

You have a male and a female.( You couldn't have two males, anyway.) The male makes bubble nests periodically. It's sperm release to prepare to fertilize possible eggs.

Those are nests for eggs. It means they are ready to breed.
