This is impossible to generalize, because some people get their MBAs straight after their undergraduate programs, while others might have had twenty years of managerial experience before starting the MBA. I could give you starting salaries for undergraduates, but the range for MBAs is too broad to be informative.

It depends on where the MBA grad graduates from and what part of the country they go to work in. Check out the USNEWS best graduate schools issue. It will tell you what tha average starting salary is for most of the top schools.
