i think that he will be suspended for at least this year and will go to jail for a little bit of time!!

Nothing right now, he is still innocent. I think he won't go to jail but was indicted to try and get Vick to talk about other dogfighters as Vick wasn't a major dogfighter but was just there for a couple of dogfights.

Does it really matter? He hasn't really been up to par anyways, and now if he did play the chances he will not be good at all are pretty good, also they said(the nfl guys) that he is for sure good to go this year, they will not be taking action on him till the end of the season so that he will not be in the middle of an investigation while trying to play his best(he has never given his best before, do you really expect him to now?) I do not believe in the end he will go to jail, he will most likely get a fine that could feed a few 3rd world countries and have to testify against his maybe associates oh and above to you up there who said they were cute puppies? maybe about 7 generations ago come on, the chances that most if not all of those dogs will get put down is real good, because they have horrid bloodlines even the puppies(they will of course give em a chance first though) dogfighting is terrible yeah but they cant undo the damage to those animals which means vick deserves far more(if guilty) than he will get

He is a celebrity, and celebrities are not punished in the US. So that rules out prison, I say let him play football but force the Falcons to grab an offensive line from some of the local high schools. That way every linebacker, DE, and DT can punish that little punk Vick several times a game

Vick should lose all endorsements because it will ruin any company associated with them ( hint -NIKE ) .
Next he should be suspended because dog fighting is illegal in all 50 states .
Last but least send him to jail for the crimes of running a dog fighting operation .
Vick is nothing more than a stupid "Hustla" who got caught because he thought he could break laws and get away with it .

Hopefully a couple years in jail and a nominal fine. The guy is a scumball, always has been. He takes no responsibility for his actions whether it is choking in big games or spreading herpes to unsuspecting women. (using his alias "Ron Mexico"...google it if you don't already know).
Innocent until proven guilty...yeah yeah yeah.
Vick is about as innocent has OJ.
VERDICT: I sentence him to 3 years in jail, payback his signing bonus, cut him from the Falcons, banish him from the league, and bunk him up with a 300+ lbs. butt banger.

well........ i think as a movie star myself, that this is ridiculous... i mean seriously how many other dog fighters have u heard about gettin in trouble... none.... its just like the paris hilton case, a normal person wouldnt of gone to jail for wat she did, but since she was a movie star, like myself, she went to jail... i think the media and the government are just tryin to make a statement........
