Nah, metal detectors do not make a person a "geek". The "geekiest" thing would be for a person to have an iPhone surgically attached to their body.

That would be fun though! I think more power to the nerds and geeks - they are who they want to be with no need to conform.

I have star wars lego - not much but I still have some! That's pretty geeky!!

ummmm geeky would be wearing socks pulled up high, suspenders and big glasses. I can't think of anything someone could DO to make them geeky, only think of stuff they could wear!!

who cares what other people think?? If the person is happy and comfortable within themselves it wouldnt matter what anyone else thought.

Its a little wierd though, cause wouldnt it pick up on things like jewellry which were still on people, or that they hid under their towel whilst swimming?

Do it when they leave, then anything ya found would be urs!!

My 47 year old uncle still lives at home with my grandparents, has never had a serious relationship, & I`ve actually heard him say his mule was pretty. That goes beyond nerdy. ( His nickname in school was Goober)

Hmmm...I would say that attending a Star Trek convention fully dress as a Klingon would be high on my last. And no, I've never done that...lol!
