i burst out laughing, i don't care what people think if they see me laughing at something like that, who wouldn't laugh?

It depends, if I did not smell anything, I would be appalled but I wouldn't say anything. But if I smelled it then I would say, “your appalling and you need to refrain your self in a restaurant”. But if it was an old, or mentally challenged person then of course I would not say anything, because they can’t help their selves.

Nothing. I wouldn't want to put anyone on the spot or embarrass them. I might laugh to myself though. And if they are doing it on purpose, just to be rude, ... then what a ***. I might just tell them something.
