Only if she's pretty.

Seriously, though...yes, but not Hillary. I think Elizabeth Dole would have (in her prime, although she's still pretty great) been a terrific candidate. If a woman can be prime minister, men and women can as a nation be objective and vote the best candidate in for the job. Let's give ourselves a little credit for being able to see past gender classification and stereo types...

I sure do think a female has a chance for President, but the one running, is a disaster waiting to happen. She should never be President of anything. But I myself, am open to other females getting into the race, I feel some will have a great chance, if nothing else, the only one running now will implode from jealousy, she thinks she is the only female ? in the world who should be President, and thinks it is her god given right to have that office, which it is not her god given right.

Of course. If Pakistan and Indonesia can have women run thier governments I cannot see why we can't.
According to this poll - 92% of Americans do not see it as a problem.

Yes. Do you think we can ever get over race and gender focusing solely on a persons qualifications/stance?

A woman that reflected mainstream values would have no problem. But a crypto-socialist woman would. She'd be rejected because of her platform, not her sex.
