Don't use the internet to get monologues. If you're not looking to pore through scripts to find good ones, there are lots of good monologue books, typically sorted by gender and genre, available at your local library. Any monologue worth doing won't be found on the internet, except those that are old enough not to be governed by copyright laws (e.g. Shakespeare).

Elenaor has it cold. However, monologues should fit you individually and uniquely. You need to read hundreds and hundreds of plays so you know where to find monologues that fit you.
