It is me here about the video card....the computer is a 2100 model is that what you are looking for? Other than that I have the service tag and service code. If that is not the right model number where can I find it on the computer?

I usually open up the computer (assuming it's a desktop) and physically check the video card for the model number. It will usually either be printed on it or on a label stuck to it somewhere.

Sounds like this is a Dell. You can get the model information by going to Start>control panel> system. It will be there in the general tab.

Good Luck

i believe only dell comptuer has both service tag and service code. did you try to check dell support website? i am also guessing by the number it can only be 3 manufacturer. dell, compaq/hp, fujitsu.

sounds like your referring to a Dell Dimensions 2100 which has a AGP slot for Graphics Cards and you will need to purchase and AGP Graphics Card!

I'm not really sure what you are asking, but try click on start, run and typing in dxdiag, and then clicking on the video menu
