Anyone know the song in the new JC Penney commercial?

It's an older song I think...and there aren't any lyrics. It's the commercial that says something about "getting up the nerve"?

The little girl writes her initials in her notebook...blah blah...

I think it's the one with the theme from "Love Story" which was written by Francis Lai.
