Someone just like my husband, who took the time and the interest to learn just what buttons to push to get me there so as to please me in every way possible. Someone so attuned to my moods and desires that words r not necessary. He also knows a woman doesn`t just fall off a plateau but descends gradually and takes the time to show his love and affection after the fact, in spite of the urge to fall asleep, That, gals and guys is what I call not only a good lover but a great lover.

I'd say it starts with caring about the other person.
There has to be a mutual attraction, and it has to be both physical and emotional. Sex is a major part of being a good lover, but this actually goes well beyond sex.
A good lover has a sense of humor, has touch sensitivity both in feeling the touch of the other person and in touching that person in the right places at the right time.
I think gentleness is also a major factor for both partners. Kissing, hugging, touching, all play a part.
Most important to me when you have a good lover every second you and he or she are apart is torture. You enjoy being together, even if you keep your clothes on and just talk.

for me, the most important condition to be a good lover is understand you. for ex, you working late, he or she don't blame why no time together with her/him. What kind you wanna, he or she will help you without any complain. When you are doing wrongly thing she or he will give directions and will forgive you. However, i think this kind of people will become extinct.....haha, let us change our bad charater
first, the good lover will automaticlly give you double love..

Someone who is a good listener first, and a good friend ...first.
Someone who capable of keeping your most heart felt feelings to their selves..... someone who can keep your deepest secrets, or deepest thoughts......If that person can do all that,,,, then he/she will be a good lover.

Some one who makes love to you body soul mind all of it. Someone who takes there time to learn what makes you happy and puts forth effort to make it happen. Someone who is totally in to your every want and need. Man I cant wait till morning I miss my hubby :) Yummy!!!!
