they are seafood, which in general has a large protein to fat ration and ususally are very good for you, but beware certain predatory fish like tuna and barracuda (yes people in the tropic eat them) as they can he very hevy with mercury poisoning from pollution in the water is spread down the food chain.

They are they're their own kind of species. Because nothing over water has gills. I think the whale is a mammal though.
