nope, theres no law for that. you just break myspace's rule, not the law. But, your ex can sue you by that, Invasions of Privacy. unreasonable intrusion upon the seclusion of another, for example, physical invasion of a person's home (e.g., unwanted entry, looking into windows with binoculars or camera, tapping telephone), searching wallet or purse, repeated and persistent telephone calls, obtaining financial data (e.g., bank balance) without person's consent, access personal data without permission, and etc. its against the law. and if he won, yes, theres a small chance you would go to jail for a short period of time. but usually, you would be fined for some money.
if he won the court, and if you wont go to jail, you will be fine for some money, or theres a high chance that they will suspend you for using myspace and your myspace account will be deleted.

That is his own fault for giving out his password, you wouldn't have it if he didn't give it! Change it all up make it pink with hello kitty and some nsync playin on his page! and if you can photoshop put him in a dress! he has this all coming for disclosing proprietary information
