Good people that are in the wrong place at the wrong time can be victim to the Justice system. Bad people are the majority of people who get into trouble with the law... but there are good people in some prisons who made a mistake they wish they wouldnt have, a big contributor to crime in my opinion is alcohol comsumption, i know people that are normal law abiding citizens but put a 12 pack in their belly and watch em rack up the offenses, Thats why the government keeps it legal, so they can dish out fines and remain wealthy.
