Reichen: Rye-kin
An Amazing Race competitor a few seasons back has the name Reichen, and he pronounced it like that.

The first one looks like "RAY-gen or REE-gen.
Oooh, I have no idea on the second one! Looks like RYE-chen, just going on phonetics.
