Chestnut Hill is a really snobby place just outside of Boston...who knew? ; )

One that would be located in New England, out of a hunch, i'll go with Massachusetts.

I'm gonna' say California for 3 reasons:
1. Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive, etc.) is full of really rich people.
2. All the movie stars mainly live here as their primary residence.
3. California is a large state heavily populated, so the more people there are, the greater percentage of snobs is possible.

I would say California. Unfortunately it's mostly based on what I see on TV (Dr. 90210, all those Hollywood reality shows, etc.).
There are definitely snobs in all states, but for the one with the highest concentration, I would vote Cali.

I'm sure it's one of those little new england states. You know the one's the size of your local park where the mom's picnic with the kids in the spring. The biggest snobs come from the smallest states.
