Is there a correlation between Maths and Music?

I've heard that people that are generally good at maths are good at music. Is this true? What you people think of this?

Furthermore, music is essentially nothing but mathematics. Harmony is a function of small, whole-number ratios, such as 3/2 or 5/3. Rhythm is just time divided into an integer number of equal parts.
