Warmoth Custom Guitars sells necks and bodies. However, IMHO, it's cheaper in the long-run to just buy the complete guitar and switch out the pickups. Plus, most (if not all) the Epiphones and Gibsons have set necks (glued directly to the body), not screw joints like, say, Fender and Ibanez guitars. The bodies and necks you can get separately, like from Warmoth, will have screw joints like a Fender, which typically means less sustain.

Eh...you could the USED pieces on Ebay perhaps.
But you really have to look very careful at that stuff. Buyer beware...you know?

Also. You could buy a cheaper version of the Epihpone Les Paul and rip out the stock tuners and pickups and upgrade it from there. That way you don't shell out like $500.

Or just save about $500 and get a Epiphone Les Paul new one. You just need to look at all your options first before shelling out all that cash, that's all. Good luck!

Unless you are a luthier, I wouldn't recommend it.
A lot of people change pick-ups. That's just the price of playing guitar.

you can buy the guitar then switch the pickups out with the ones you want. i would recommend you take it to your nearest music store for them to do it though since you could probably ruin it.
