Yes, in this country, the majority of jobs are, in fact, in businesses, so the more you know about it, the better-equipped you are for the workplace. Obviously, your ability to get a good job depends upon your doing well in a business school, and having a personality and work ethic that will allow you to succeed as well.

Yes it is possible. Depending on where you live and what discipline of business you studdy. I have seen various sources state typical new graduates with business degrees earn 30-45 thousand per year.

Folks with MBA's (Master in Business Admin.) from the upper echelon schools (Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Duke, etc.) tend to get $100,000+ offers right out of school. However it should be noted that most the students who get into those places have been working 3-5 years at least before starting the master's program.

I still think the sciences is the way to go. Pharmacists for example start around $95,000 where I'm from.

Try going to www.salary.com and explore a little. You can enter positions and your ZIP code and get a good idea what the average salaries for different profesions are.

Yes, business is a good field. You'll need:
1) good social skills
2) hard work
3) willingness to take initiative & maybe take losses along with your gains.
