I do it all the time at work, I know I was doing it a lot today. Some of those customers are soooo rude, but I still have to smile in their rude faces.

Not as much as I used to. People can usually tell when you give a fake smile, which is why I try to avoid it. I can also tell when people give me a fake smile, and it drives me nuts!
