go to the lakes and catch them bring dust balls, ultraballs,and timer and quick balls after you catch or k.o. them then youl have to go to sunyshore city and defete the gym leader he has electric pokemon ...after that...ELITE FOUR!!!...hope this helps...

You now have to go catch Dialga or Palkia depending on your version. Cyrus will mention he will go to the first place he met you. Go back to Mt coronet and you have to use: surf, rock climb, and strength to make it through.

u go up mount cornet after them or if u have already done that u will be able to go to last town
p.s if u havn't gone up mountain u need to have rock climb and that means beating 7th gym

go to each lake and catch them but then if you dont want to do it then go to route 222 by lake valor then go sunyshore city for you final gym badge!
