How does everyone feel about living in a world of fear because of their government here in the USA. How do you feel about the statement that a Reagen Admin. Official made recently concerning the staging of another 9/11 type attack so that the president and his administration can stay in power and turn it into a dictatorship, and all this within the next year or abouts. Also for another scary idea check out the movie Zeitgeist, the middle to the end. For the full article please click on the following link.

Im not scared, the idea of these possiblities which may happen if we are not careful is the scary thing. If you watched the news and stayed informed and researched things you would find that the things you once thought were your rights are now just priveleges and can be taken away in the name of homeland security.
By the way, how many of you actually bothered to read the article or even beyond the first sentence, and looked at the bottom sentences. Few of you even address the issue, most of you dont bother to do anything beyond say o your paranoid. How many of your rights do you have left after all the legislating has been done in the capital since the pres. took office. A clear example is free speech, how much of what you see is censored by the gov. so that you dont know full what is happening.

I'm still giving only 50-50 odds that Bush will try.
But he's got less than a 1-in-10 chance of succeeding.

We're off fighting a multi-billion dollar war for oil when our country is number 37 on the list of best health insurance in the world right behind Slovenia! Cuba has free health insurance! This country has become a fascist regime because of him and we are hated around the world. We just go into any country take what we want and install what we call democracy?!? War is big bucks for Bush as he owns 5% of the US defense companies building our tanks and aircraft.
After Bush suspends the 08 election under his damn Patriot Act (if the country is in a state of emergency like we currently are the President can suspend elections) we will have to put up with his dictatorship for god knows how long.
Hopefully not long enough for us to become a pile of radioactive waste. I'm moving to France.

It's very frightening what this administration has been able to do. VERY FRIGHTENING. I just have to keep telling myself that our military would not support a dictator and a dictator would require military support. But as long as everybody lets him get by with this jaw dropping behavior the more its going to continue. I just think Congress is so taken aback by the sheer brazeness that they don't know how to react.
They need to stand up to the bully.

i have seen that movie, and it makes me seriously wonder. i am sure that there is a lot going on behind the scenes. the administration compounds this with their unprecedented secrecy. there is some astronomical money being made off this war.

The real threat comes from the left. They aim for the First and Second amendment.
Soon after Democrats are elected as President and Vice President, anyone not kneeling down to kiss Al Gore's ring will be declared mentally ill and locked up.
