It is very dangerous for cats outside. They have a better quality of life and live longer, being indoor cats. A cat can easily be killed by a stray dog, or hunt a rodent that is diseased, a cat can get very ill from that and even die. There is the danger of being hit by a car too.

i have a cat that loves hunting too, he loves to climb trees and chase everything - although he never catches anything. I have been training him as a kitten to stay in our backgarden adn hills behind and to not go down the driveway. He also comes to my whistle straight away. The other cat likes to stay inside and would never go out, but over the summer i brought her outside when we were out int he garden. eventually she got used to being out and now she is in and out the catdoor all the time.

Cats are domestic animals and shouldn't be allowed outside to destroy wildlife. Keep her inside.
