AC Compressor In 1990 Ford F150 Not Turning on (Getting voltage?)?

My 1990 ford f150 xlt lariat AC compresssor is not turning on? The air isn't cool, but the air is very powerful, and has enough freon in it.

What should I do to get the ac compressor to turn on?

Check the electrical connections to it, they usually read around 9 volts when the A/C is on, if there is no voltage, than you have bad wiring somewhere, if you get voltage and it still doesnt turn on, than either the A/C compressor is broken or the A/C compressor clutch is seized.

If you have power to the unit, you may have had the clutch go out.
