I suppose I wish I had traveled more when I had the freedom and opportunity.

My biggest regret is that I got married when I was still in high school because I was afraid to be on my own. I realized a long time later when I got divorced that you don't really grow up until you have to take care of yourself by yourself. I wasted a lot of years being needy and dependant, but I am my own person now so I much happier and not dwelling on the past.

I have lots of things I wish I would have done differently. I am not sure I would call them regrets, though.
Though now that I think about it, probably would be that I went to LPN school and after that people told me to go to RN school and I didn't want to do that because it would take another 3 years, way too long for a 19 year old. I thought I would be so old when I got out.

I don't have any regrets. my experiences have made me who I am right now and I love who I am!
embrace the good the bad and the indifferent and learn what the lesson is...it's why we are here if we dont get the lessons we just have to stay longer and keep repeating the same things over and over.
48 years old.

I have more than one. Top of my list is not cherishing my first child. I was too young and still into myself. He deserved so much more. I wasn't taught the importance of formal education. I finished HS only.
I quite often pray the AA prayer. "God help me accept the things I cannot change, change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference."

I should have danced like no one was watching. I shouldn't have listened to half of the people who offered well meaning advice. I wasted time in not being as assertive as I could have been. Now that I dance to my own music, life is absolute joy.

Defintely getting married when I was 19. We did not even get along, and I listened to everybody's advice to get married and it will "all work out"
The other regret I have is not listening when career counselors said "Do what you love, the money will follow"

Listening to people who discouraged me from the many aspirations I had. I am still regrouping and going for many lifes dreams but it took me a long time to get the words of so called concerned people out of my head and start reaching for the unreachable star.

My biggest regret is that I didn't complete my college education when I was young. I did eventually graduate, but in my forties and it was much harder to do.

now that my life has turned up a gem like my lover i don't look back and i wouldnt change a thing in case it altered what i have.
although if i could go back in time i would still make a big deposit into my bank account at birth so i would be rich now

Getting married in '77'. She was the worst thing that I've ever agreed to. I'm still paying for it, and she ran out in 86! One terrible piece of oestrogen.
