My ISP was bought by another and I had to contact the other ISP in a certain amount of time.I was unable to do so in that time frame. What happens to the emails and the files I saved with my first ISP? Are they gone forever or can I still recover them somehow?

You can request the E-Mail be forwarded to your new E-mail address. There will likely be a charge for this and there is usually no guarantee that everything will be recovered.

If the E-Mails are important, call or better E-Mail the ISP and as for an approximately cost if there is one. Record the name of the of the person(s) you are talking with including the time, date, subject, and any details if you call by phone.

I had this happen, they transferred my E-mail free.

Good Luck
